The Florida Gators hosted their initial Junior Day of the new year last Saturday, welcoming numerous prospects to their campus. Among those attending was Tae Harris, a four-star cornerback committed to the Georgia Bulldogs, hailing from Cedartown, Georgia.
Exploring The Swamp for the first time, Harris was accompanied by several Florida staff members who guided him through the various attractions.
Reflecting on the visit, Harris expressed enthusiasm, stating, “Great. I loved the campus; they emphasize life after football, and it’s now the recently ranked number one public school in America, so I loved it.” He highlighted the strong connection with the coaching staff, including Coach Chad Lucas, Coach Will Harris, Coach Joe Hamilton, Coach Allen Brown, Coach Kali James, and Coach Billy Napier. Coach Harris specifically conveyed the team’s need for Harris and assured him of the possibility of playing as a freshman.
