After convincingly defeating the second-seeded Dallas Cowboys in the initial round of the NFL playoffs, the Green Bay Packers now face another challenging matchup this weekend. Jordan Love and his teammates are set to travel to Levi’s Stadium in the Bay Area for a showdown against the San Francisco 49ers.
Despite the Packers encountering a daunting task once again, this time on the road against arguably the top team in the NFC, they are also contending with multiple injuries to key players. According to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky, four players are currently listed as questionable for the NFC clash in the Bay Area on Saturday. Among them, Jaire Alexander and AJ Dillon stand out as the most significant names on Green Bay’s injury report.
Game statuses for Saturday night at San Fran:
Questionable: Jaire Alexander, AJ Dillon, Isaiah McDuffie, Daniel Whelan.

The 49ers are currently heavily favored to emerge victorious in this playoff showdown against the Packers, with the consensus being that San Francisco is indisputably the most well-rounded team and will enjoy the advantage of playing on their home turf.
Nevertheless, the Packers have demonstrated remarkable resilience throughout the season, emerging as one of the hottest teams in the NFL during the latter part of the regular season and securing a significant upset over the Cowboys at AT&T Stadium in the postseason.
While the 49ers are expected to secure the win and move on to the NFC Championship Game, the Packers could introduce an element of intrigue if they can navigate these injuries successfully and not let them become insurmountable obstacles.
