After some time, the Toronto Raptors appear to be prepared to fully commit to a rebuilding phase and transition into the next chapter. They’ve recently traded OG Anunoby and Pascal Siakam, gaining significant draft assets and acquiring intriguing players in exchange. According to a report by Josh Lewenberg (via Evan Sidery), the team is open to trading any player on their roster, with the exceptions being the newly acquired Immanuel Quickley, RJ Barrett, and the cornerstone player Scottie Barnes.
Everyone on the Raptors’ roster is available in trade talks except Scottie Barnes, Immanuel Quickley and RJ Barrett, per @JLew1050 (https://t.co/rxVVNZ947a).

This development is not only expected but aligns well with the circumstances. Masai Ujiri has built a reputation for being a tough negotiator, often setting high valuations for his assets. However, this time, a more balanced approach might be necessary if he genuinely aims to regain valuable assets.
Bruce Brown Jr. presents a promising opportunity to secure another first-round pick, given the considerable interest he has garnered across the league, especially as a reigning NBA champion.
Chris Boucher, functioning as a power forward/center, adds intrigue as a versatile big man. His ability to stretch the floor with adept shooting skills and offer rim protection could make him an appealing option for potential trades.
Gary Trent Jr. is expected to attract significant interest in the market, given the perennial demand for players with strong 3-and-D skills and sharpshooting abilities.
Despite the Raptors’ inconsistent performance this season, there’s potential for something remarkable if they choose to build around Immanuel Quickley and Scottie Barnes. Should RJ Barrett fulfill his potential and have a breakout season, the team could be on the verge of creating something special.
