Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, having experienced significant disappointment on the football field earlier in the year, has opted to forgo the 2024 Pro Bowl Games in Orlando.
Instead, he is gearing up for a more leisurely yet competitive venture on the golf course. According to reports from The Buffalo News, Allen is anticipated to skip the Pro Bowl Games and participate in the PGA Tour’s AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, commencing this Thursday in Pebble Beach, Calif. This marks Allen’s third consecutive offseason competing in the golf event. In the previous year, he teamed up with PGA professional golfer Keith Mitchell, securing a fourth-place finish behind Ben Silverman and the victorious New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Despite being a finalist for the AP Most Valuable Player award, Allen showcased remarkable performance in the NFL regular season, leading in both total yards (4,830) and total touchdowns (44). His passing statistics included 385 completions on 579 attempts for 4,306 yards, 29 touchdowns, and 18 interceptions. Notably, Allen’s impact extended to the rushing game, as he recorded 111 carries for 524 yards and a career-high 15 touchdowns.
