With plans to become Red Bull’s technical engine partner in 2026, Ford’s global head of Ford Performance Motorsport, Mark Rushbrook, confirmed that they are closely observing the situation. Speaking to AP Sports at Daytona ahead of the NASCAR season-opening Daytona 500, Rushbrook emphasized Ford’s adherence to high standards of conduct and integrity, expressing the expectation for similar standards from their partners.

Rushbrook noted that Red Bull appears to be taking the matter seriously by initiating an independent investigation, acknowledging their concerns about brand reputation. However, Ford refrains from making any judgments until the investigation concludes and the truth emerges.
