Kansas extended an offer to Michael O’Connell, the offensive tackle from Glenbard West in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, earlier this month. O’Connell, standing at 6-foot-7 and weighing 270 pounds, is a three-star recruit.
He has scheduled an official visit with the Jayhawks for the weekend of June 14th, which will be his second official visit following one with Minnesota on June 7th.
Additionally, Northwestern and Indiana have offered O’Connell and are being considered. He intends to visit both of these programs as well.
