Oregon secured another offensive lineman for its 2025 recruiting lineup within just 48 hours. Demetri Manning, rated as a three-star talent hailing from Bellevue, Washington, made his commitment to Oregon on Tuesday subsequent to his official visit to Eugene over the weekend.
Opting for the Ducks over competing offers from UCLA, Washington, Miami, and Arkansas, Manning, standing at an impressive 6 feet 7 inches and weighing 340 pounds, brings considerable bulk to the team. His rankings place him at No. 992 overall and No. 70 among interior offensive linemen in the 2025 class, according to the 247Sports Composite.
Manning’s decision marks the ninth addition to Oregon’s 2025 recruiting cohort. He joins Ziyare Addison, who pledged his commitment just a day prior, along with Dierre Hill, Nasir Wyatt, Dallas Wilson, Isaiah Mozee, Cooper Perry, Akili Smith Jr., and Matthew Johnson.
With Manning’s inclusion, Oregon’s recruiting class ascended from No. 24 to No. 19 in the 247Sports Composite rankings, boasting an impressive average ranking per commitment of 93.12, placing them fourth overall in this metric.
