Seattle Mariners starter Bryan Woo exited the game in the fourth inning against Tampa Bay on Monday night due to right hamstring tightness.
The right-handed pitcher was injured while delivering a pitch to Taylor Walls, who had a runner on first base. Woo attempted a warmup pitch but was unable to push off the rubber with his right leg, leading to his replacement by Tayler Saucedo. Woo walked slowly off the mound and into the dugout.
Before his exit, Woo had allowed one run on five hits and struck out three batters. His season ERA stands at 1.77 after eight starts, with a 3-1 record.
