Arthur Melo will be on the lookout for a new club in the upcoming summer transfer window. Newcastle and Wolverhampton are reportedly interested in the Brazilian midfielder.
He joined Juventus in the summer of 2020 as part of a swap deal involving Miralem Pjanic moving to Barcelona. However, his time in Turin was challenging, and a loan spell at Liverpool did not go well.
This season, Arthur revived his career with a solid stint at Fiorentina. Despite this, Fiorentina are unwilling to pay 20 million euros to make his move permanent.
Consequently, Arthur will return to Juventus this summer but is expected to seek a new team as Thiago Motta does not see him as necessary.
Juventus are keen to clear salary space by selling Arthur and potentially receiving a modest transfer fee.
According to reports from Tuttosport via JuventusNews24, Newcastle and Wolverhampton are now in the race for Arthur, joining Everton, who have also shown interest.
However, a move to Galatasaray seems unlikely at this stage, with the Turkish club not currently pursuing him.
In the recent season with Fiorentina, Arthur contributed two goals and four assists in 48 appearances across all competitions.
