Recent reports from Molineux suggest Wolves are actively pursuing several forward players. One of the latest rumors links them to Jorgen Strand Larsen from Celta Vigo, with an agreement reportedly reached for a loan deal. The Norwegian attacker impressed last season with 13 goals and 3 assists across all competitions.

Another potential addition is Jack Clarke from Sunderland, valued at £30 million, as Wolves eye a summer move. Tomas Suslov of Hellas Verona is also on their radar, following his 33 appearances, 3 goals, and 5 assists in Serie A last season.

With a clear focus on bolstering their attacking options, Wolves are also interested in Wilfred Zaha, formerly of Crystal Palace and currently at Galatasaray. Despite only recently joining the Turkish club, Zaha could be available for a nominal fee due to his high wages, reportedly around £118,000 per week. Galatasaray is looking to offload him to ease their wage bill, potentially even considering buying out his contract to facilitate his departure on a free transfer.

For many Wolves fans, the prospect of Zaha’s arrival is exciting given his impressive record of 68 Premier League goals during his nine seasons at Crystal Palace. His experience and goal-scoring ability could significantly strengthen Gary O’Neil’s squad as they aim to progress further in the upcoming season.

During his tenure with the Eagles, Zaha garnered widespread acclaim throughout English football. In 2019, after his Liverpool team faced Crystal Palace, Jurgen Klopp spoke highly of the winger, acknowledging Palace’s prowess in counter attacks and set pieces, and praising Zaha as a world-class player who posed a significant threat in one-on-one situations.
