Callum O’Hare has undergone initial medical checks at Sheffield United today, according to information received by The Star, bringing his anticipated move to Bramall Lane a step closer. Earlier this month, we reported on the Blades’ interest in the 26-year-old, which has been well-received by United fans amidst their ongoing summer squad reconstruction. Pending smooth proceedings, O’Hare is set to join Sheffield United as their latest signing, marking a shift in the club’s transfer activities after a slow start to the season.

O’Hare, who departed Coventry after five years, is a close friend of United midfielder Gus Hamer, formerly his teammate at Coventry City. He left a heartfelt farewell message to Coventry fans on social media, expressing gratitude for their support and the memorable experiences during his time there.
