Toviano, 19, from Arlington, Texas, is accused of recording himself having sex with a woman without her consent, as outlined in an arrest warrant. The woman reported to detectives that she discovered videos of the encounters on Toviano’s iPad. These recordings were made using a clock with a hidden camera positioned near the bed, The Times-Picayune/The New Orleans Advocate reported.
The woman also mentioned that Toviano had recorded their sexual activities in the past without her permission and that she had previously asked him not to record her. In an interview with detectives, Toviano admitted to using a hidden camera for these recordings.
