Injury update for Pittsburgh Steelers starting cornerback

The Pittsburgh Steelers were without their starting slot cornerback Beanie Bishop on Saturday evening, as he was unexpectedly listed as inactive. Bishop didn’t appear to have any visible signs of a serious injury, such as a boot, sling, or other medical device.

Following the game, Bishop informed PennLive that his soft tissue injury was minor. He anticipates returning soon and expects to play against the Detroit Lions next Saturday. In his absence, backup slot cornerback Thomas Graham stepped in and performed well during his limited time on the field.
