Bills have revealed renderings of the premium areas in the new Highmark Stadium. Designed by Populous, the $1.7 billion stadium includes the Founders Club, Field Club, and East Club, which were showcased late last week.
Legends CONFIRM is handling the sale of premium seating and naming rights for these areas. Prospective buyers can explore these premium spaces virtually through the Stadium Experience Center. Bills Chief Operating Officer Pete Guelli mentioned that 60% of season ticket holders who have visited the Experience Center have committed to purchasing plans. While specific ticket prices and permanent seat licenses haven’t been disclosed, reports indicate that PSL prices for the East Club range from $8,000 to $20,000. Premium customers will also have access to VIP parking and tickets for non-Bills events.
The Founders Club, accommodating 425 guests, offers the highest level of luxury with all-inclusive food and beverages, heated and extra-wide seats, a private whisky locker, and access to climate-controlled indoor areas featuring multiple fireplaces.
The Field Club, with a capacity of 1,400, provides views of the player tunnel, access to a field-level patio behind the Buffalo Bills’ sideline, and inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages, along with wider, cushioned seats.
The East Club, seating approximately 4,300, will offer overhead heating, premium food and beverage options, and wider cushioned seats. It includes access to both levels of the 50,000-plus-square-foot climate-controlled East Club area, with views of the field and seating bowl. Less branded than the Field Club, the East Club will also host corporate functions and private events on non-game days.
The new stadium, being constructed by Turner/Gilbane, is set to open in 2026, with the final steel frame piece expected to be installed by late February 2025.
