Great News as Vikings release Final Injury Report Ahead of Season Opener

The Minnesota Vikings are set for their season opener against the Giants on Sunday, with no players carrying injury designations. On Friday, the team released its final injury report, confirming everyone is fit to play.

Wide receivers Jordan Addison and Jalen Nailor were the only two who appeared on the list earlier in the week, having been limited on Wednesday and Thursday. However, head coach Kevin O’Connell confirmed they were full participants in Friday’s walkthrough.

Addison shared on Thursday that he’s fully recovered from the high ankle sprain that affected his preseason and is ready for Sunday’s game.

The Vikings are nearly at full strength with their receiving corps for quarterback Sam Darnold’s debut, except for tight end T.J. Hockenson, who will miss the first four games after starting the season on the physically unable to perform list.

The game against the Giants will kick off at 12:03 p.m. CT on Sunday, airing on FOX from New Jersey.
