Latest Update: Football Legend Throws Major Shade at Sherrone Moore, Questions Michigan Football’s Legitimacy

The Michigan Wolverines suffered a 31-12 defeat to Texas football last week, and the final score didn’t fully capture the one-sided nature of the game.

This Saturday, Coach Sherrone Moore and the Wolverines are set to face the Arkansas State Red Wolves, a matchup that hopeful Michigan fans view as a chance to regain momentum before taking on Lincoln Riley’s USC Trojans in Ann Arbor next week.

Former Florida Gators coach Steve Spurrier had some sharp words for Michigan fans, urging them not to get too confident about the remainder of the season. In a recent appearance on Pat Dooley’s Another Dooley Noted Podcast, Spurrier cast doubt on the Wolverines’ prospects, offering a sobering take that’s sure to dampen the optimism in Ann Arbor.

“That coach (Moore), he doesn’t have much of a chance with what (Jim) Harbaugh left him,” Spurrier said.

“Thirteen from one team drafted, and something like eight on defense, nine on offense, or something like that. So it’ll take them a while to get back to a team like they had last year. “That’s for sure.”
