BREAKING: Jets head coach dropped a bombshell after the team’s knock-for-six fall

Jets head coach dropped a bombshell after the team’s knock-for-six fall. The New York Jets  fell to the New England Patriots 25-22 on Sunday, marking their fifth consecutive loss and bringing their record to 2-6. Interim coach Jeff Ulbrich has now lost all three games in charge and spoke to the media after the defeat. The Athletic’s Zach Rosenblatt highlighted a striking quote from his press conference:

“We say that’s not who we are but that’s who we are until we demonstrate otherwise.”

Jets head coach dropped this statement, it rings true after yet another painful loss for New York. The Jets took a late 22-17 lead in the fourth quarter with a touchdown drive. With Drake Maye out injured, Jacoby Brissett returned to lead the Patriots’ offense. Unlike their earlier encounter in Week 2, where the Jets dominated him, they allowed Brissett to drive down the field and score the game-winning touchdown.

With little time remaining, the Jets couldn’t execute a Hail Mary play at the end of the game and now find themselves at the bottom of the AFC East. Ulbrich’s squad lacks an identity and faces a quick turnaround before their next game.
