EUGENE — For the third consecutive National Signing Day under Dan Lanning, Oregon made waves with a series of commitment flips, culminating in a second straight top-five recruiting class of historic significance. The Ducks secured 20 signings on Wednesday, including key flips from quarterback Jaron Keawe Sagapolutele, who switched from Cal, and cornerback Na’eem Offord, who flipped from Ohio State.
Oregon also added edge rusher Tobi Haastrup, further strengthening a class that ranks No. 4 in the 247Sports Composite rankings. With a record-breaking evaluation score of 300.6 and an average player rating of 93.77, this class stands as the highest-rated in Oregon’s history and the top-ranked class in the nation.
Lanning emphasized that this year’s class prioritized quality over quantity, a strategy reflected in the remarkable talent the Ducks signed. Of the 20 recruits, 19 are four- or five-star prospects, underlining the program’s commitment to building a competitive and elite roster.
