The Browns have placed Star WR on injured reserve.

The Ravens will not face Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman in their upcoming game, as the Browns have placed him on injured reserve. This move comes after Tillman has missed the last five games due to a concussion. Tillman, a 2023 third-round draft pick, had been a regular contributor in his rookie season, playing 11 games and starting six. During those appearances, he recorded 29 catches for 339 yards and three touchdowns.

To replace Tillman on the 53-man roster, the Browns signed running back John Kelly. Kelly, who has experience with both the Ravens and Browns, played two games for the Ravens this season and appeared in five games for the Browns over the previous three years. The absence of Tillman will impact the Browns’ receiving corps, but they will look to adjust their strategy as they continue to compete in the AFC North.

This development is significant as the Ravens are aiming to secure the AFC North title on Sunday, and facing the Browns without Tillman could alter the matchup’s dynamics. The Browns will have to rely on other players to fill the void left by Tillman’s absence as they try to maintain their competitiveness in a crucial game.
