When Oregon signee Dakorien Moore first touched the ball in the Under Armour All-America game, his exceptional talent immediately stood out. On his initial play, Moore caught a bouncing punt and sprinted 84 yards to the end zone, scoring an incredible opening touchdown.
The Ducks secured the five-star-plus wide receiver on National Signing Day in December, and his performance in the All-American game only heightened the excitement surrounding his future at Oregon.

Just moments after his punt return touchdown, Moore was back on the field for his team’s offense, showcasing an impressive ability to gain yards after contact as he broke tackles and evaded the defensive stars.
By the end of the game, Moore was named the MVP of the UA All-America game, becoming the first future Duck to receive the honor before even joining Oregon’s roster.
Moore wasn’t the only future Duck showcasing his talent in the All-American game. Fellow five-star Oregon signee, cornerback Na’eem Offord, also impressed with his skills. Additionally, two four-star signees were part of the rosters—linebacker Gavin Nix (unrelated to former Oregon quarterback Bo Nix) and offensive lineman Alai Kalaniuvalu.
Although no one had quite as standout a performance as Moore, Oregon’s future looks incredibly promising with several of their top recruits featuring in the game. Afterward, Moore even mentioned that his punt return touchdown “felt a little too easy.”
While the date for Oregon’s spring football game has yet to be revealed, Duck fans can eagerly anticipate watching these future stars shine when Oregon kicks off its 2025 season against Montana State on August 30.
