At 6-foot-1, Odom is regarded as one of the top receivers in the 2026 class, hailing from St. John Bosco High School in California. He’s a consensus four-star recruit and ranks as the No. 25 wide receiver in the nation according to Rivals, which also places him as the 19th-best prospect in California.

Odom’s commitment marks the Sooners’ fourth from the 2026 class, all of which have been offensive players. The addition of Odom strengthens Oklahoma’s growing pipeline from California, as he joins quarterback Jaden O’Neal, another 2026 commit who is a close friend of Odom. Their chemistry should make for an exciting pairing once they both hit campus next year.

O’Neal celebrated his friend’s commitment with an enthusiastic post on X: “It’s going to be a dream come true to play with my dawg @nolimitd3__ again in the SEC! Boomer Sooner!”

Despite rumors about other offers, O’Neal reaffirmed his commitment to the Sooners, further solidifying the bond between him and Odom. Alongside Odom, O’Neal, tight end Ryder Mix, and offensive lineman Will Conroy are the other 2026 recruits already committed to Oklahoma. With more commitments expected soon, the Sooners’ 2026 class is shaping up to be a force to reckon with.
