However, not all players received good news. Washington released WR Brycen Tremayne, CB Kevon Seymour, OT Bobby Hart, DT Carl Davis, RB Michael Wiley, DT Haggai Ndubuisi, WR Mitchell Tinsley, CB Bobby Price, and DE Efe Obada. Although these players were on the practice squad, they didn’t make enough of an impression to secure a spot on the roster.

The Commanders certainly exceeded expectations this season. With Dan Quinn in his first year as head coach and rookie QB Jayden Daniels, few predicted they’d make it to the Divisional Round. Unfortunately, they were overpowered by the Eagles, who showcased their depth and strength on both sides of the ball.

After such a tough loss, roster changes were inevitable—and that’s exactly what Washington has done.
