Rams Tipped as Surprising Contender for $100M Playmaker!
The Rams are set to continue their youth movement, with a potential trade of Cooper Kupp in the works. Tee Higgins, the top free-agent wide receiver, could be a prime replacement alongside Puka Nacua. With the Bengals facing challenges in keeping Higgins, the Rams may seize the opportunity to sign him.

Higgins is expected to draw significant interest, with up to a dozen teams, including the Rams, Bills, and Ravens, possibly entering a bidding war for his services, potentially making him one of the highest-paid receivers in the league.
Marcus Mosher predicts Tee Higgins could become the second-highest-paid free agent this offseason, with a potential three-year, $100 million contract. The Bengals would be “foolish” to let him go, as Higgins, 26, has been consistently impressive, recording 73 receptions for 911 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2024. He has surpassed 900 yards in four of his five NFL seasons and ranks 10th in TD receptions since entering the league, just behind Cooper Kupp.
With $38.3 million in cap space, the Rams could be in position to sign Higgins, especially if Cooper Kupp’s trade clears up more room. Spotrac estimates Higgins could command a four-year, $101.7 million deal.
