His 2024 class, ranked eighth nationally and fifth in the SEC, featured five-star receiver Cam Coleman, four-star receiver Perry Thompson, and four-star edge rusher Amaris Williams. Freeze’s 2025 class mirrors the success of the previous year, with headliners like five-star quarterback Deuce Knight, four-star defensive lineman Malik Autry, and four-star edge rusher Jared Smith.

Currently, Auburn’s 2026 class ranks fifth nationally, behind LSU, USC, and Oregon. Oregon leads with the most commits, having secured 10 players. Auburn’s journey into year three under Freeze begins on August 30 against Baylor.
