The 2025 World Junior Summer Showcase is set to hit an arena close to you!
USA Hockey revealed on Thursday that the event will be hosted at Ridder Arena in Minneapolis, the home of the Gophers women’s hockey team, from July 25 to August 2. This showcase will bring together top young players from the United States, Canada, Finland, and Sweden, all vying for spots on their national teams for the 2026 IIHF World Junior Championships.
The week-long camp will feature 11 games among the four nations. Team rosters are still under wraps, but you can already grab tickets through the University of Minnesota’s athletic ticketing website.
The Summer Showcase offers an early glimpse at talent likely to shine at the World Junior Championships, which will also be held in the Twin Cities from December 26, 2025, to January 5, 2026. Those games will take place at 3M Arena at Mariucci, home of the Gophers men’s hockey team, and Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, where the Minnesota Wild play.
