Tottenham are reportedly interested in adding a wide player to their squad this summer, with Neto emerging as a prominent target for the North London club, according to Sky Sports.
Insider Paul O’Keefe recently confirmed that the Portugal international is among the top names on Tottenham’s wishlist.
Sources suggest that Neto, aged 24, is open to a new challenge and willing to entertain offers to depart from Molineux, as indicated by Dharmesh Sheth on the LWOS podcast.
However, Tottenham may face competition from Arsenal, with TEAMtalk reporting that the Gunners also have a keen interest in signing the Wolves star.
According to Romano, Tottenham’s pursuit of Neto hinges on the transfer fee. He stated on GiveMeSport, “They are in regular contact with Pedro Neto’s agent.
For Pedro Neto, it really depends on the fee. He has had several injuries, so Tottenham would be interested in signing him under normal conditions, not at an exorbitant price. Therefore, the deal also depends on Wolves’ valuation.”
Given Neto’s injury history, Tottenham may be reluctant to offer more than £45 million. They might explore a structured deal with Wolves that includes performance-related add-ons to reach a compromise.
