Four-star defensive lineman Floyd Boucard has decided to join the USC Trojans. Originally committed to the Oklahoma Sooners, the 6-foot-3, 315-pound player has switched his commitment to USC.

Floyd Boucard was born in Montreal and initially played hockey before moving to the U.S., where he started playing football in his freshman year of high school. He quickly emerged as one of the most sought-after defensive tackles in the 2025 recruiting class.
Ranked as the No. 17 defensive lineman by Rivals for the 2025 cycle, Boucard began his high school career at Mobile Christian High School in Mobile, Alabama. During his junior year, he recorded impressive stats with 85 tackles, 27 tackles for loss, and 11 sacks. He also played offense at times, taking snaps as a running back and tight end.
Ahead of his senior year, he transferred to Miami Central High School in Florida.
USC defensive line coach Eric Henderson, a key figure in recruiting, has been instrumental in Boucard’s commitment to the Trojans.
247Sports scouting director Andrew Ivins describes Boucard as “a spry mover” for his size and notes that he is “quick to fire out of his stance.” Ivins sees him as a “potential multi-year starter at the Power Four level.”
With Boucard’s commitment, USC’s 2025 recruiting class, led by five-star quarterback Julian “Ju Ju” Lewis, is now ranked No. 10 for the cycle.
