Top Talented Star Commit To Auburn on a Long Term Deal
San Francisco Archbishop Riordan offensive lineman Peter Langi has announced his commitment date for college football: he will reveal his decision on November 24.
Last week, he listed his top six schools, which are — in alphabetical order — Arizona, Auburn, Penn State, Texas, Texas A&M, and Washington.
In the spring, Langi took one official visit to Arizona. During that visit, the Wildcats secured commitments from his brother, Michael Langi, who is in the 2026 class, and his teammate, Losipini Tupou, from the 2025 class, but Peter did not commit at that time.
Earlier this month, Langi planned to visit Washington officially, where his teammate Chris Lawson is committed. However, he canceled the visit due to a minor injury he sustained the night before. He intends to reschedule for mid-November when the Huskies host UCLA on November 15.
Currently, the leading contenders for Langi include the Huskies and Wildcats, along with Auburn and Penn State. Recently, Texas and Texas A&M have also made it into his top six.
Langi is expected to take a few more official visits, likely to Auburn and Penn State, before making his decision in late November. He may also add one more visit before that announcement.
According to 247Sports, the 6-foot-5, 330-pound lineman is ranked as the No. 76 interior offensive lineman in the country and the No. 88 player in California for the 2025 class. The 247Sports Composite ranks him as the No. 859 overall prospect, No. 58 interior offensive lineman, and No. 64 player in California.
