NCAA has confirmed that beavers star is eligible to participate immediately, allowing him to join the team for the current season.

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The NCAA announced on Thursday that Oregon State guard Liutauras Lelevicius is cleared to play starting with the 2024-25 season. Lelevicius has been training with the team since the summer and will have three years to utilize his collegiate eligibility.

 

 

 

 

During the 2023 FIBA U20 European Championships, Lelevicius represented Lithuania, averaging 17.6 points and 3.7 rebounds per game. He notably scored 21 points against Belgium in the quarterfinals and 20 points versus Poland in the group stage, shooting 41.6 percent overall and an impressive 94.3 percent from the free-throw line.

 

 

 

 

 

Previously, he participated in the FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup in 2021, averaging 7.4 points per game. Last season, he played for Lietkabelis in the Lithuanian league, where he reached double digits in scoring twice during the 2023-24 season.
