After a quick pair of touchdowns had initially given the Packers a comfortable lead, their defense, which hadn’t allowed ten points in a second half for over a month, faltered late in the fourth quarter. However, in a crucial moment, Malik Willis stepped in for the injured Jordan Love and connected with Jayden Reed on a pivotal 51-yard pass, setting up Brandon McManus for a game-winning field goal.

Love struggled with a groin injury, forcing Willis to take over in the third quarter. This game was particularly challenging for the Packers, as they also lost rookie safety Evan Williams to a hamstring injury. Willis completed four of five passes, effectively managing the game and supporting a strong performance from Josh Jacobs, who rushed for 127 yards and two touchdowns.

Defensive standout Edgerrin Cooper made significant contributions, including a crucial sack-fumble on Trevor Lawrence. Despite some late-game struggles, the Packers held on to secure a 30-27 victory, marking their fourth consecutive win and completing a 4-0 sweep against the AFC South.

The game started slowly, with a scoreless first quarter characterized by a battle for field position. The Packers finally broke the deadlock with Jacobs’ touchdown, followed by a field goal from McManus. After a late second-quarter surge from the Jaguars, they went into halftime trailing 13-10.
