White Sox Shake Up SoxFest with Exciting New Format!
SoxFest is returning for the first time since January 2020, but with a significant change in format. Rebranded as SoxFest Live, the event will take place on January 24-25 at the Ramova Theatre from 5-9 p.m. This year’s revamp aims to strengthen connections between fans and the White Sox, especially after a challenging season.
The event will also celebrate the 20th anniversary of the 2005 World Series Championship and the 125th anniversary of the franchise. However, SoxFest Live will be much smaller in scale compared to past events, which were held at McCormick Place’s vast 100,000-square-foot convention center.
General admission tickets for the event will be $56, with a premium “MVP Experience” ticket priced at $225. The MVP package includes early access to the White Sox Black Carpet walk, a premium lounge, a private meet-and-greet (attendee details yet to be revealed), food, drinks, and four lower-level tickets to a 2025 home game.
Fans can also purchase tickets to the SoxFest Live After Party for an hour of mingling with “White Sox VIPs” after the show. Season ticket holders will have access to presale tickets starting November 26 at 9 a.m.
This year’s event will focus on dynamic on-stage programming and meet-and-greets throughout the night, moving away from traditional autograph tables and long lines. While autographs will still be available, there will be fewer opportunities compared to previous years.
The lineup will feature current players, coaches, staff, and some 2005 World Series alumni. New manager Will Venable and Chris Getz are among the attendees. Additionally, a kids camp will be held on January 25 at the ComEd Rec Center, with registration opening on November 26 at $35 per ticket.
