Wide receiver Dallas Wilson, a five-star prospect in the Class of 2025, has officially signed with Florida.
This decision comes just days after Wilson requested to be released from his commitment to Oregon, which he had made on December 4, the first day of the early signing period.
Wilson, a standout from Tampa Bay Tech in Florida, is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 4 wide receiver and No. 20 overall player in his class.
Florida confirmed his signing with a video shared on social media Sunday night.
Wilson had been committed to Oregon since January 17, 2023, and visited both the Ducks in June 2024 and Florida in November.
However, Wilson’s agent, Vernell Brown of EL1TE Sports Management Group, told The Athletic last week that the decision was driven by his desire to stay closer to an ill family member, clarifying that NIL money did not influence the change.
At 6-foot-3, Wilson is also an accomplished track athlete and was a member of his high school’s 4×400 relay team, which qualified for the state competition in his junior year.
