Gophers football commit Bradley Martino is rapidly climbing the 247Sports recruiting rankings. The 2025 wide receiver and defensive back from Naples, Fla., has surged to No. 203 in the nation, a remarkable 350-spot improvement since December.
Martino showcased his talent at the Navy All-American Bowl on January 11, an event featuring top high school players across the country. He gained attention for his standout performances in practice, with On3 calling him an “eye-catcher.”
On3’s Charles Power praised Martino for his exceptional ball skills, noting his smoothness as a pass-catcher and his ability to make difficult catches look easy, including one-handed grabs. While Martino is still working on refining his route-running, his overall skill set is considered top-tier.
When 247Sports updated its top-247 rankings on Wednesday, Martino, previously ranked in the mid-500s, jumped significantly. While other services like On3, ESPN, and Rivals have not fully reflected this rise yet, it’s clear that Martino’s impressive performances are gaining traction.
Minnesota head coach P.J. Fleck must be thrilled to have him on board, as Martino looks poised to become a major force for the Gophers.
