Patriots Snag Blockbuster Haul with NFC North Titan

The New England Patriots‘ offensive line had a rough 2024, giving up the fourth-highest sack total in the NFL with 52. To kickstart the rebuild, they brought in Morgan Moses to shore up right tackle, but parted ways with veteran center David Andrews after he flunked a physical, having sat out most of the injury-plagued season.

The Patriots didn’t waste time filling the center gap, though. They’ve locked in their new pivot, inking ex-Minnesota Vikings center Garrett Bradbury to a two-year deal that could hit $12 million, including $3.8 million guaranteed, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Garrett Bradbury stands out as a top-tier run-blocking center, clocking in at 14th among 64 qualifying centers in PFF’s run-blocking rankings. His Achilles’ heel? Pass protection—he surrendered 37 pressures and four sacks last season.

New England’s offensive line puzzle still misses a key piece at left tackle to solidify the group and guard Drake Maye’s blind side. Bringing in Moses and Bradbury boosts the unit beyond its 2024 form, no doubt. With Cam Robinson still up for grabs, the Patriots might want to tap the Vikings’ pipeline again and snag the left tackle to finish their front-line facelift.
