Breaking news: Falcons Take Heisman Winner in Latest Mock Draft

During the early stages of the offseason, the Atlanta Falcons have been actively searching for a new coach, and lingering uncertainties surround their quarterback situation. The question arises: could the solution to their quarterback needs be found in the upcoming NFL Draft?

According to a recent mock draft published by FanNation, the Falcons are anticipated to select Jayden Daniels, the quarterback from LSU Tigers, with the eighth overall pick in this year’s draft in the hopes of securing their future signal caller.

Daniels, the 2023 Heisman winner, played a pivotal role in leading a dynamic LSU offense during the previous season. This high-powered unit averaged 543.5 yards and 45.54 points per game in the competitive Southeastern Conference, ultimately concluding the season with a 10-3 record and a victory in the ReliaQuest Bowl against the Wisconsin Badgers.
