JUST IN: Tennessee Volunteers key man file declaration backing Tennessee Commonwealth of Virginia.

Tennessee offensive lineman Jackson Lampley, along with athletic director Danny White and Spyre Sports co-founder James Clawson, have become additional defendants in a lawsuit against the NCAA. The state of Tennessee and the Commonwealth of Virginia initiated legal action following the revelation that the NCAA was set to investigate the University of Tennessee for alleged recruiting violations.

Lampley provided a six-page testimony that outlines the current landscape of college football and offers a player’s perspective on NIL. White, in his own statement posted on his X account on Thursday, asserted that “100% of major programs” engage in similar practices.
