According to the report, Bourne’s new deal could potentially reach a value of $33 million and includes a $4.2 million signing bonus. Bourne, aged 28, faced a setback last season when he suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee during a game against the Miami Dolphins on October 29, limiting him to just eight games, five of which he started. Despite this, he managed to accumulate 37 receptions for 406 yards and four touchdowns before his season was cut short. Throughout his career spanning 99 games, with 25 starts split between the San Francisco 49ers (2017-20) and the Patriots, Bourne has tallied 264 receptions, 3,409 yards, and 21 touchdowns.
