WR K.J. Osborn: Signed (1 year, $4M)

Bernd Buchmasser notes that while K.J. Osborn may not be a top-tier wide receiver, his addition should positively impact the team and its wide receiver corps in 2024. He views Osborn as a dependable complementary player who brings experience to what might otherwise be a youthful group. He rates the move with a grade of B+.

Similarly, Brian Hines acknowledges Osborn’s effectiveness as a WR3 in a comparable offensive system during his time with the Vikings. He anticipates Osborn maintaining a similar role in New England, providing reliability and versatility both on the inside and outside. Hines also gives the move a grade of B.

Kendrick Bourne

With Osborn now part of the roster, the Patriots boast a total of nine wide receivers under contract, including Kendrick Bourne, DeMario Douglas, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Tyquan Thornton, Jalen Reagor, Kayshon Boutte, Kawaan Baker, and T.J. Luther.
