Minnesota and Ohio State are reported as leading contenders for Cochran, who has also received interest from several other programs since reopening his recruitment. Ohio State’s recent need for additional guard depth due to injury could influence Cochran’s decision-making process.

In his career spanning five years and 115 games, Cochran has demonstrated versatility and consistency, averaging 11 points per game and shooting 34 percent from three-point range. His ability to perform against high-caliber opponents has been evident, including notable performances against teams like West Virginia and Xavier.

The decision ahead remains pivotal for Cochran as he evaluates where to contribute his skills and experience for his final collegiate season.
